Straight Outta the Bible:
12 Bits of Scripture to Contemplate

(Together, they tell the story... if you're willing to listen.) ;-)

"Then Jesus said to them, 'Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.'"
(John 8:58)

"Jesus said to him, 'I Am the way, the truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.'"
(John 14:6-7)

“Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."
(Acts 4:12)

"God purchased us with His own blood"
(Acts 20:28)

"Jesus' blood purchased us"
(Revelation 1:5-6; Revelation 5:8-9)

"For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily"
(Colossians 2:9)

"looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ"
(Titus 2:13)

"Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people. For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted."
(Hebrews 2:17-18)

“For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need."
(Hebrews 4:15-16)

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
(Romans 5:8)

"And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, [and] Received up in glory."
(1 Timothy 3:16)

"For many deceivers have gone out into the world who do not confess Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist."
(2 John 1:7)

"As the Lord Forgave You"

That 2-letter word, 'as,' may just be the biggest word ever, in this context:

"Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you."
(Colossians 3:13)

Prayer for Today

Lord Jesus, thank You for your word, for your truth. Thank You for the awesome and amazing example of living that you've given us to follow.

Father, please, in the name of your son Jesus, we ask You to bless us with your Spirit. Instill in us holiness, Lord. Fill us to overflowing with your Love, and your Godly wisdom. Help us to pour out your Grace upon all those you put in our paths.

Thank You, Jesus, and thank You, Father, for Jesus. Amen.
